The founder, Sal Cardu has over twenty-four years of sales, marketing and business operations experience. His career includes numerous successful credits such as top Regional Field Manager, Rookie District Field Manager, Canadian Champion Salesman and top Sales Representative for Macmillan Publishers, one of North America's top publishing companies between 1983 and 1986. Additionally he was President of Manofor Productions Inc. from 1988 to 1991 and was the instrumental person in securing the contract to produce the Official Tourist Map of Niagara Falls, Canada in 1990 for the company. Mr Cardu was the key partner at City Explorer™ (CE) and developed a very strong track record in successful trading, growing and maintaining the customer base.

Sal is a respected and well known leader in the business community and through his guidance and expertise, City Explorer™ has become the leader in local community guides in the Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire counties in the UK.
